Under the TS EN ISO/IEC 17025:2017 Standard
SANICA Testing Laboratory, as a laboratory accredited under the TS EN ISO/IEC 17025:2017 standard, commits to adhering to the principle of impartiality in all testing activities. The principles stated below form the basis of our laboratory's impartiality policy:
Our laboratory commits to conducting testing services independently and impartially.
Laboratory management and personnel are protected from all commercial, financial, and other pressures that may influence test results.
Equal rules are applied to all our clients; no client receives preferential or discriminatory treatment.
Laboratory personnel do not engage in activities that could compromise impartiality.
Our personnel compensation is not dependent on test results and is not influenced by test outcomes.
Our laboratory commits to maintaining the confidentiality of client information and not sharing it with unauthorized persons.
In case of violation of confidentiality or impartiality principles, legal and administrative proceedings are initiated against the relevant personnel.
Our laboratory operates within the Quality Management System framework in compliance with the requirements of the TS EN ISO/IEC 17025 Standard.
This statement has been approved by SANICA Testing Laboratory management and is valid for all activities of our laboratory. Our impartiality principle is an integral part of our quality management system and is regularly reviewed.
