In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), all your information that makes your identity specific or identifiable, including your personal data of special nature, may be processed by Sanica Isı Sanayi Anonim Şirketi ("Company") as the data controller.

The processing of personal data refers to any operation performed on data such as obtaining, recording, storing, preserving, modifying, reorganizing, disclosing, transferring, classifying, or preventing the use of personal data.

The protection of your personal data is of vital importance to us. We would like to inform you that we will take all necessary measures in this regard and continue to be extremely transparent.

What Personal Data We Process

Purposes of Processing Personal Data

Your collected personal data may be processed for the following purposes: ensuring the legal and commercial security of our Company and persons in business relationship with our Company, conducting satisfaction evaluation activities for our existing customers, tracking requests and complaints, conducting company, product and service loyalty processes, tracking and conducting legal affairs, conducting training activities, organization and event management, conducting sales, marketing, purchasing and after-sales support processes, performing finance and accounting transactions, conducting marketing analysis studies, conducting business activities, conducting internal audit processes, conducting occupational health and safety activities, fulfilling notification obligations to relevant/authorized public institutions (Courts, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Labor and Social Security, Ministry of Interior, etc.), ensuring the implementation of our Company's human resources policies, conducting information and physical security processes, conducting storage and archiving activities, and conducting activities in compliance with legislation.

Transfer of Your Personal Data

Your data is processed for the purposes listed above, stored securely, and is definitely not shared with third parties outside of legal regulations and your explicit consent. Your Personal Data may be transferred to authorized public institutions/organizations due to obligations arising from legal regulations such as TCC, Tax Procedure Law, Social Security Institution, Labor Law, OHS Law, Vocational Qualifications Authority Law, Workplace Physician Regulation, to intermediary financial institutions for assessing financial risks, to independent audit firms for conducting audit processes, to intermediary training institutions providing vocational training services, to our business partners, natural persons or private law legal entities affiliates, shareholders, suppliers, authorized public institutions and organizations, and local/international organizations from which we receive support in our business processes, within the framework of legal bases and your consent.

Method of Collection of Your Personal Data

Your personal data is collected by our Company through different channels and based on different legal reasons for the purpose of monitoring and conducting our commercial activities. Your data is collected electronically in digital environments and on paper in physical environments. Within the framework of commercial process management activities; through written documents/forms such as order forms, customer information forms, return forms, supplier information forms, contact information forms, purchase request forms, current account opening forms, other commercial documents, payment information, valuable documents, candidate application forms, complaint/request/contact forms, assignment and custody forms, and through your notifications, verbally, in writing or electronically, either fully or partially automated or as part of any data recording system that is not automated, in a way that can be obtained from outside Sanica Isı Sanayi Anonim Şirketi, including our domestic/foreign affiliates, shareholders, partner institutions and organizations we cooperate with, official institutions, and other third parties, are collected through various methods.

Your Rights Listed in Article 11 of the KVKK

As personal data subjects, if you submit your requests regarding your rights to our Company through the methods regulated below in this Information Notice, our Company will conclude the request free of charge as soon as possible and within 30 days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. However, if a fee is stipulated by the Personal Data Protection Board, the fee specified in the tariff determined by our Company will be charged.

In this context, regarding your personal data:

• a)To learn whether personal data is processed,
• b)To request information about it if personal data has been processed,
• c)To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
• d)To know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
• e)To request correction in case personal data is processed incompletely or incorrectly, and to request notification of the transaction made in this context to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
• f)To request deletion or destruction of personal data in case the reasons requiring processing cease to exist, even though they have been processed in accordance with the provisions of the KVKK and other relevant laws, and to request notification of the transaction made in this context to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
• g)To object to the occurrence of a result against the person by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
• h)To request compensation for damages in case of damage due to the unlawful processing of personal data.

Data Controller and Data Subject Information Request Methods

In accordance with the KVKK, you can submit your request to exercise your rights stated above to our Company in writing or through other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board and through the channels specified below.

As a data subject, you must submit your rights requests to our Company in writing, also providing the necessary documents to verify your identity. In this context, for the healthy and rapid management of your applications to our Company within the scope of Article 11 of the KVKK, we recommend using the "Data Subject Information Request Form" document under the Personal Data Protection heading at https://sanica.com.tr/, providing the documents/information that may be requested according to your request and the necessary documents to verify your identity, either in person or by mail.
